Our mission at Methodisms Breadbasket is to share Christs blessing with neighbors in need.

Families, individuals and children of all colors, creeds and needs are welcomed with respect and given food staples and clothing, helping to restore their dignity and hope in times of daunting challenge.

I was welcomed with OPEN ARMS, immediately receiving food, clothing and personal products, from a smiling, caring lady. I will always remember the Breadbasket in my prayers.

Methodism's Breadbasket is a non-profit organization founded in 1970; a mission of the North Texas Conference of United Methodist Churches. For almost four decades, the Breadbasket has been serving thousands of neighbors in need each year from our food pantry. In 2006, more than 128,000 pounds of food were collected and distributed to 3400 families, more than 6200 people, who live within its service areas and meet TEXCAP Income Eligibility Guidelines.

I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, a stranger and you welcomed me.
Matthew 25:35

Sharing the bread of life. Help Methodism's Breadbasket provide the assurance of food to neighbors in need.
